Year-Month Hierarchy

A strict photo-organization structure of Year then Month then Event folders. Boring by design, the predictable structure makes any photo findable by date rather than lost in an undifferentiated camera roll of thousands.

Let your photo tool sort by capture date into the year-month folders; reserve subfolders only for events worth remembering.
